Breweing itself takes about an 1 hr & ½ but you should
allow at least 2 hours on your first visit. Two people can bottle
their brew in about one hour.

The secret to a great beer is great ingredients, and we seek
out the finest ingredients for your brew. We give you access
to a range of hop types, malts and grains and recipes to match
your taste. Every recipe is compared to commercial brands
and regular tasting workshops will introduce you to new beer
flavours and styles.

are provided and there is always one of our expert staff to
provide assistance at any stage. Five easy steps:

- Fermentation
this is our job… well more importantly it is the yeast’s job
to convert the malt and sugars to alcohol and also to create
a new range of flavours to enrich your beer. We’ll store your
beer at a controlled temperature and wait until fermentation
has stopped.
- Canning Bottling and Kegging
When you come to can or bottle your beer, we will have it
chilled, filtered and ready to go. Your brew will make approximately
6 x slabs of 24 bottles or cans. Cans are supplied for a charge of $45 and bottles for $60 This
includes boxes for your brew as well.
After some brief instruction you’ll find that it’s easy to
do and you can try some straight from the tap. We can also supply
cartons for $2 each for those bringing their own bottles in, and labels for $50.
- Drinking
Our expert staff will be only too happy to help you with this,
but hey maybe you would prefer to share this with family and
friends!
